Key Responsibilities –

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
  2. Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and industry events.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  5. Collaborate with the technical and product teams to develop and refine marketing materials and campaigns.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research data.
  9. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and expand its market presence.

Qualifications –

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the technology or industrial automation sector.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
