Key Responsibilities –
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to develop and refine marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research data.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and expand its market presence.
Qualifications –
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the technology or industrial automation sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
